The account is so old that I've actually got no idea where the CD box is, and it's three computers later, too, so I can't give you that, as I don't know where it is.

And as regards an ID pic., what would that be inclusive of?

 

I'm not certain but I think as long as it is ID of the original owner Blizzard will accept it. Back when I sold my accounts last year I supplied a picture of my driving license, so anything like that would be fine.
