i want to trade them for a ( lower lvl than first acc if its possible ) but with a LVL 99 skills so i wanne trade those 3 accs for 1 acc with 1 or more 99 skills

only the first one got recoverys / pin cuz i just got scammed. now i can get my acc back in a hour

 

All of the account have been member, I doubt that he'll willingly give away the first account for nothing.
