Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!):



Giant Goliath and Zora share what I believe is a static IP match. I believe that Zora accidentally logged in from their home IP with Giant Goliath and had to make a story about why their home IP is on an account they would eventually use to scam quit. So they came up with the idea of saying it was for a test bump bot making plausible deniability.

They share similar interests, discord servers for services.

They are both dutch and closely interact. At the best they are close acquaintances in real life and Zora should be liable for Giant Goliath's scams.

I think this deserves a DNT on Zora.

In this thread if you look the screenshot you see this:


He says he joined Sythe because of Zora. This means that he 1) has close personal relations to Zora resulting in them posting from the same home IP and Zora should be held accountable or 2) he is Zora

 

Lastly, please see his vouch thread here: Giant Goliath vouch

If you look at this thread, you see that Zora vouched Giant Goliath 10 times. This should be treated as self vouching as they share a static IP address and obviously know each other in real life and did not disclose this.

All this being said, Zora seems very sketchy and a danger to the community. Zora gave Giant Goliath the boost he needed to be able to get a reputation and scam quit. Luckily @Wortel revealed some information making him pay people back.

 

So to put this straight. I am from the United States. I am not Dutch. I have not been scammed by Giant Goliath. But that has nothing to do with this thread.

@Giant Goliath has been showing signs of being a scam quitter for a while now and I have been waiting to make this report until he did. Me and my friends actually had bets about when he would do it and I won.

So back on point. My accusation is you accidentally logged into the account Giant Goliath and knew that he had the intention of scam quitting based on personal connections to him (or you could be him not throwing that out 100%).

With your IP being tagged, you came up with a story about making an auto bumper. Coincidentally, this auto bumper has never been shared with other reputable players? Only 1 scammer plus Sythe accounts you clearly own with "Zora" in the name.

From this point on, faking PayPal payments and chat transcripts is effortless. Since you realized you fucked up and had to actively cover your tracks going forward.

The point stands that a scammer and only a scammer shares a home IP with you. And your explanation frankly is lacking. Of course Giant Goliath stopped posting from your home IP, you fucked up when he did it to begin with and you developed a cover story to explain it while allowing yourself to interact with a player to coincidentally shares the exact same geolocation, interests and transactions with you.

 

If you sold this to multiple players, why is Giant Goliath the only one that shares an IP audit with you? Is this because you are close personal friends and you set it up for him from your home?

 

Oh look, another excuse as to why you share a static home IP address with a ban evader/scammer. Anyone who has been around Sythe 5 years and actively participates in reporting other users for IP audits should know that it is one of the primary means they utilize to identify scammers.

There have been countless other cases where uses claim someone they know who shares an IP address with them has committed the scam. I have seen these range from brother, sister, co-worker, friend, etc and they are all found guilty by association. They are responsible for their static IP address and you should be as well.

If you are let off the hook for this, scammers will take note they just have to fake a few transactions, donate lots of money to Sythe and come up with a half ass excuse as to why a home IP address could be shared.

Now take a look at this, @President is using an almost identical excuse! Pardon for President

He is claiming that the reason for his home IP audit with banned accounts is because of an autobumper. He is still banned and you should be too. The precedent is set and you are guilty. If you are not banned then @President will have been treated unfairly and deserves an unban.

 

@President associated IP user scammer $25. It was repaid. He was DNT’d and his pardon denied. This offense happened 10+ years ago.

@Zora associated IP user scammed ~1.5k. It has been partially repaid. This offense happened yesterday.

The only course of action is to follow the precedent and DNT Zora or free President.
