    , maybe you should consider hiding your name, even you don't mention botting/cheating, being in this website exposes you to a ban.

    Showing the name does not do anything.

    Jagex can't proof that you are the original owner unless they get the IP from Sythe which I doubt that. Could be fake pictures or from a clan site even so he's not selling the account. If so it wouldn't matter. Its usually for personal purposes.
