As far as I know there are none. However, some people claim to find ways and what not, and usually sell their findings for a profit. Go to the Guides section in runescape to find some.

 

damn that sucks because i was looking to get an account and all i got is 4.3 mil cash darn.....

Yeah there's nothing you can do about it unless you want to wait until BH is open.

You can also change your recoveries wait 2 weeks til their set, then delete them and sell your account.
