    Can you complete it without 25 Fletch and 40 Craft? I got 32 craft and 16 fletch because Ive only been members once :confused: Can you still kill that guy to get the lire as a drop? Its just because when you do filter on Quests it goes. >_<

    You need all the skills it says you need. Pretty sure you can use boosts if there is any.
