    Lol, i hope you're joking -.- so this site contains a 'mr no jagex allowed' app? think sensibly they can see this website, but cannot ban you for one being on it, two proposing to break rules without evidence of breaking them, three how do they know it's your account? so they can't all it does is give them a heads up to watch you ;)

    There used to be a guide by Unknown which is for some reason deleted now that simply stated Jagex cannot view the site. They get a 404 error.

    I'm not positive, but I think they can see the site, they cant register on it...but I think they can see it.
