Buying common RW account that is very secured, created by the seller or obtained from the original owner.

Should have all possible information that the owner have, e.g. og email access, location of where the account is created, etc.

the RW account would be preferably having a UC that is created on that account, don’t need to be high tiered, just t4-5 would be perfect!
