    I once lost 26kgs, but it takes;
    A) Time
    B) Commitment
    C) Realistic goals.

Just get into a healthier lifestyle, walk instead of car, etc. It will come of by it self. DO NOT starve yourself, as that makes you gain wait.

I need to know what your doing in detail to tell you what to do.

How much of it did you eat? What kind of yoghurt was it? Again, you were starving yourself, as yoghurt and water is not a healthy diet. Just out of curiosity, did you gain it all back when you went back to your normal life?

    Build some muscle.
    It works like this:

High muscle, meanshigh metabolism = less weight.
Highfat, means low metabolism = more weight.

Once you build muscle, and see that you're getting stronger, you will see changes.

Just follow a nice healthy diet. Don't cut anything major out. Just replace candy with aples, soda with water etc...
Then start building muscle and do cardio.

    1. Go jogging hard every day. Enough to work up a good sweat.
    2. Start Lifting every day, heavy. Combined with jogging, this will change your fat into muscle.
    3. Don't eat too much. Don't starve yourself, but try to cut back on the food.

    Losing Weight

mmh, maybe that's what I have (+ I never excercise).
    I'm not top heavy: 1.75m, 85-90kg, I am 18 yrs old.
I am lazy as fuck and not planning to excercise anywhere soon. I ride my bike to school, 6 km total every day and 12 on thursday (guitar lessons are in the same town as my school).
I eat breakfast in the morning, then nothing the whole day untill I get home around 3-4pm. I eat some bread than eat again at 6-7 pm for dinner. I don't really eat that much, but I think it's the time between lunches that keeps me at my weight (it doesn't go higher than 90 or lower than 85). I have no problems at all with it, and I am not planning to do any effort to loose it. But if I would make my eating pattern a bit more regular, would I loose a bit of weight than?

Gosh, you're a heavy bugger. I'm like 5 feet tall and weigh like maybe 45kg? I have no idea why you're not losing weight if you've been doing cardio... How often do you do cardiovascular exercise per week, and how long for? And how much do you tend to eat in one day?

well working out and lifting weights to build muscles you wont actually lose the maximum amount of weight... muscle is heavier than fat, you may be losing fat, but youre gaining muscles so youre weight will not reduce significantly.

best way to lose the maximum amount of weight is watch what you eat and do hard cardio workouts, not heavy weight lifting unless you want the muscles and keep on a lil bit of weight. you just have to commit yourself to this practically everyday.

personally for me, i work out to gain weight.. building muscle mass/bulking up

EDIT: jogging and playing soccer isn't necessary a workout, just keeps you active. you dont lose many calories running... explore cardio workouts and do them 4-5 times a week. but give your body time to rest in between your workout days and watch what you drink as well. stick to water and 100% juice if you can. oh and when working out... make sure youre doing it right, technique wise so you dont hurt yourself somehow and so you can get effective results. its all about technique when it comes to working out. not how fast or how much you can do it. set a good pace for yourself as well.

Are you well muscled or broad? If so, 85kg isn't too bad.

Just eating very little worked for me. Compensate for hunger by drinking plenty of water/low calorie drinks, and you'll definitely start losing weight. Eating nothing or only eating chocolate isn't a solution and probably make you less healthy overall anyway. You don't keep weight off if you go back to your old ways after a bit of progress.

    Losing Weight

There are three types of energy your body uses, and in this exact order: carbohydrates, fat, and protein. So if you were to starve yourself, your body would first burn all of the carbs (quick energy) then the fat, and lastly the protein (your muscles). So what you want to lose here is fat, so that means that you will have to cut carbs out of your diet so your body will go straight to burning fat, and if you do tons of cardio, then your weight will melt right off. Look up HIIT on the internet, this is a popular cutting program that many bodybuilders use.

Your diet should be around 45% protein, 45% fat, and 10% carbs since it is almost impossible to consume 0% carbs. My friend did this and lost 100lbs in 1 year.

I'm not a midget. Girls aren't really supposed to weigh as much as or be as tall as boys. That's my excuse anyway :(

DO NOT SKIP MEALS. I can't tell you how much I have seen people starve themselves and not lose any weight, and even if they did lose a little bit of weight they simply binged after they stopped the diet and gained ALL OF IT BACK.

Skipping meals results in hunger, and if your body is hungry it goes into survival mode and stores fat. It always amazes me how misinformed people are about this.
