help with rule 3

my acc has 5.0/10 black marks becous he got on my acc and did this back in 07 so im connor hes shawn any way is it better to apeal or not and if i appeal does my acc get blocked while its being reviewed and whats best way to appeal?

I suggest you ask in "Runescape" section,
anyways I'd have to say the best appeal is to simply appologize, the proof is against you.

 

Although Runescape discussion isn't really permitted here, I would suggest visiting the Runescape Forums and placing your accounts name in the "Account Review Thread". There, Jagex can then view your accounts black marks and if necessary reduce them.
