Well, it's going to come down to some sort of really fucked up set of rules to do this. Since building potential for 2-3 hours at a time can result in a dfs of dfull, you could waste some money in order to get a good potential (aka, beers, sharks, go fight cockatrice..idk). Basically, this method of "potential building" is always going to be open to "cheating."

 

Who cares this is the pussy way of PVP. Put your dukes up and battle that shit out you twat.
