No duh buddy, It is next to impossible to build and engine from scratch. Do you have a pipe bender? Or a milling machine? I'm just saying the average person does not have the knowledge required to build this to a standard at which it would operate properly. I probably couldn't build it myself but with some help from one of my buddies and his dad, yes I could. You need some knowledge starting from scratch (still buying a preassembled motor), cutting the end of the tube to make it flush on a perpendicular tube.

Awesome. This is a hard-effort put in all guide u made.

I have a go-cart my self i bought from Bristers and its got a 6.5HP technumsheh or however u spell it sports engine.

I love riding these shits in the dirt. I fucked up all the bearings. So it is safe to use "new" equipment and not used.

I really like this guide & I hope to be able to use it once I get a job and earn some money over the summer. Can you give me an estimate as to how much a a complete Go-Cart will cost me if I start from scratch?

 

I'll work on the suggestions later today.
