Whole of Staff Feedback

Ironically, persumably a staff member who holds a grudge, my post regarding oooo 's pardon was removed. This particular staff member removed my thread, while leaving a notification for me that my thread was removed, though - despite staff standards he did not sign off with his name.



Please note that those previous reports I made in relation to pardon requests where corrections rather than additional reports such as those presented in the one thread that was deleted (despite staff's claim never to delete threads).

I'd love my thread to be undeleted, properly handled by another staff member and possibly an apology from this staff member that presumably misinterpreted my thread. While I assume I'm pretty grumpy and negatively-minded for the majority of time - I did not mean this thread as a correction of a sort like "hey you're doing something wrong". It contained alot of information, and in no way I could possibly present this information in a post report, plus you don't even take private reports, so why on earth would you remove my thread?

If you feel like you have any additional information regarding a pardon please feel free to report the post with the information as opposed to making these reports, thanks."

You ignored this and made this thread: resolved and was told again, "Future RAV reports about pardons will be deleted. Please either DM the staff member who dealt with the pardon or use a post report with any 'missing' information".

You made this third thread and I quote you above, "additional reports" aka to add additional information - you've already been told twice to send that information directly to the staff member dealing with the pardon instead of a RAV report? What's difficult to understand here?

1.) resolved you made a false report
2.) resolved you made a false report again
3.) The deleted thread (which you were told twice not to do) links accounts with no debts

I'm not sure why you can't follow a simple instruction and are adamant to prove to staff that your 'additional information' is actually redundant information.

I just went through all that work to individually tag your asses because I think everyone should know the awesome work you guys did today combing through the backlog of suggestions and pending staff stuff.

Sythe community is fortunate to have a good team like this behind it. 2012 crew would be salty to know how effective you guys all are.

It's good to see the staff team being attentive to suggestions posted, and approving/denying/moving them as applicable, but it's totally redundant moving a suggestion to the pending forum, if they remain pending for 3 years.

Granted, that the approval and implementation process of (most) these suggestions rests in the hands of @Sythe and @Matthew. If there's something going on behind the scenes in terms of updating the forum, which will then enable implementation of all the pending suggestions, it would be beneficial to communicate this to the community, and offer some transparency. Personally, I haven't seen Sythe or Matthew interact with this forum in quite a while (relative to communicating updates, posting timelines on suggestions, etc). That's not to say that they aren't actively working to update and improve the forum behind the scenes - but how are we to assume or know that, if there's no transparency.

Currently, the notion behind the pending suggestions forum, just appears to be a place where suggestions go to die. Again, this assumption is based on the lack of transparency, and limited information the general public have.
