Explanation of the trade: Very simple. He was selling his account in this thread and I sent him a PM through Discord. Very simple in the sense that I would paypal him the money and he would give me the account details. Suffice it to say things did not go as planned and I got promptly blocked afterwards. He played along until the very end and then boom. I should have known when he did not provide me with the name of the account at first, but I fell for it anyway.
How they scammed: He blocked me on Discord after I had paid him the money, I suppose it was too good to be true. I shouldn't have fallen for it, but that doesn't mean that others might fall for this as well, so here's the proof of this fakery.

The only reason I'm posting it here is because I was stupid enough to fall for it. I'm not expecting much out of it, but I know you guys take this very seriously, so I just hope nobody else has to go through this.

In all seriousness, I'm not even mad. I'm just a bit disappointed, mostly in myself. But watch out with these guys.
