    Im biased, so I have to say no, if your gonna go for 99 strength, make some money or something while your at it, try ankou, armored zombies, drags, or something.

    If you want straight xp with no profit but a shorter time then I'd say yes.

    99 strength is a burn. Worth it afterwards though. Find a nice afkable place, such as bandits. Easiest way.
