    If you're going to set two animations, set them on different time loops - ie, have the red flash first and the blue slightly after. Otherwise, it looks a bit like cheap Christmas lights.

    The "Runescape" banner would look better centered, since the focus of your sig is obviously the text, and the background needs some color. It should tie everything together, not just serve as a surface to paste things on.

    Well Originally The RuneScape Banner Wasn't Supposed To Glow BUT I Forgot To Edit It In The Second Frame So It Was Blinking Lol

    The pop-out isnt good.

    The background is too blurry.

    Render isnt cut well.
