Explanation of the trade:
I hired fast service to do some WC and RC training for my account. The WC he did, although it took slightly longer than expected. I didn't mind that delay. (This you can see on his vouch thread). He was then hired again to do 53-77 RC. He quoted me for 51-77 RC for $17.5 (but I was already 53 as you can see in the chat screenshot). I paid $20 because I was feeling generous and thought it was a good deal.

How they scammed:
The RC was expected to be done in 8 days, it has now been 1 month and 11 days. There are continual excuses which I always allowed because of the reasons given but now I can see that he is actively posting and trading on sythe while ignoring my messages. After looking into it, he has been actively training other accounts and selling gold during the entire time my account was supposed to be trained. He has trained it to level 74 but I have not heard back from him in a while. I see him online on Sythe and I message him on discord but no reply.

It is very annoying because I have had to buy a total of 3 bonds costing approximately 15M on an alt account to stash my wealth.

I would like to point out that he has messaged me on Discord last night and I think he is willing to finish the service. I will update when we get back in touch. I would assume that there is a time zone difference between our messages. Thank you for checking up mods.
