Looking for a team of coders

For making a game. Doesn't matter what language, but I already have all of the game mechanics laid out.

All I'd need would be coders, and maybe some input if you feel like it.

It's mostly an original idea, as I've been searching around, and have yet to find a game more than just slightly similar.

Will these programmers be paid?
Programming a game will takes loads of time to make, especially making sure everything works the way its supposed to, but good luck to you

People won't do it unless they are sure they will get paid (at least I wouldn't).

 

Every other person and their cat wanted to do that at some point... Do you think a bunch of developers will want to work with someone who can only come up with simple game mechanics? You need to have something down before you can look to bringing other people in... You will need much more than just an "original idea" to start a game.

 

I'm interested in this. I've been looking to create a game, but I haven't had the leadership or plot of one to start it. I'd prefer being payed but either way I will help for pure interest. I'm half decent with graphics and I can code in languages that would be suitable for this.

But as the others said, it requires more than just a three sentence paragraph to persuade people into spending many hours of work in this project. I'd like you to explain some things. Such as web hosting, domain, platform language, graphics, etc...
