Looking for a web developer

I plan in purchasing a domain and setting up a forum... Today most web designers charge around $80-750 and sometimes don't even do the most basic jobs properly... Depending on how much my account sells I will pay every penny I have to the developer... I am looking for someone trustworthy and has a reputation for web development.

So your just putting a forum up or are you building other things with it? I'd suggest vbulletin.

Forums are not difficult to start, Although i do not have a reputation on sythe I am capable of helping you out. There are a number of different hosting providers that charge monthly or yearly however if you just wanted to start a basic forum it wouldn't take an expensive plan.
