Rise against.

Hey guys. I've listened to Rise against for a while and put their lyrics to thought. The world is very fucked up right now, and what people have done makes me want to go on a rampage and kill them all. I just watched the music video "Ready to Fall" uncut version and I can't stop crying :'( . It's so sad what they do... That video just changed my complete worldview and I'm ready to stand with rise against. Your thoughts?

It's suprising, their lyrics speak the truth and the issues in the world. The world is a sick place...

 

Rise Against is old, boring and outdated in my opinion.

 

I really enjoy Rise Against, I think they are a great band.

And yes Ready To Fall is a very sad song.

 

I like their music as well, they seem to communicate their messages through their music well imo, for example, one of my favourite songs: Prayer of the Refugee.

 

Rise Against is one of my favorite bands and my favorite song is..Behind Closed Doors.

 

Rise Against is my second favourite band, next to The Offspring. Love their music, it's just simply awesome. I've also been to their concert in April 2007. I couldn't go this year because it sold out so damn fast.
I don't really like their new album, it has only a few good songs, but that's it.

 

I agree with you, I like their old stuff. My favorite songs on their new album is "Audience of one" and "Savior." But, I like their old stuff the most.

That's an awesome song, especially the beginning when the instruments come in.

My favorite song is "Ready to fall" now because it explains so much. I never thoroughly listened to the lyrics or saw the video. I finally found out what it's been talking about after so long.

 

Rise Against not only has AMAZING music, the lyrics actually mean something. I remember like 3-4 years ago when I first heard "Give it all" and I was like... "Damn, I should really listen to this song, it makes sense." The majority of their songs are simply inspiring. I love them.

 

Rise Against is amazing. as is their lyrics.

"Hero of War", "Prayer of The Refugee", and "Re-Education Through Labor" are my favorites. All amazing songs.

 

Roadside is a pretty bamf song as well.

 

Very powerful lyrics, especially with Prayer Of The Refugee and Ready To Fall.
I like their covers too, the cover of Dammit by Blink-182 they do is especially good.
