    we tried to claim & cancel, we got to the claim but for some reason we couldn't cancel. Therefore I left Paypal a message saying I will fully refund.

    I haven't received any money, and I'm 100% sure that you'll get your money back within 2 - 3 days. I'm sorry for the trouble.
