    NO it is not, you are thinking it is cool because it is 10 hp, which is shit the account is wortheless i grade it an epic fail on his part if you want to be able to pk, but if you want to walk around runescape with 10hp and do absolutely nothing be my guest and by this account for 950 dollars.
