Paypal still limited!

Alright so I have been reading and I read that if your paypal gets limited all you have to do is attach a credit card to the acc.
I decided I would do this as I would like my account unlimited and this is my problem..



As you can see, there is nothing I can do to get it unlimited, so what do you recommend me doing?

Is it your Credit Card your using? If it's not that may be part of the problem. You probably have to verify the Credit Card with Paypal and prove its yours or a family members- It's basically for safety reasons in case the Credit Card is stolen.

 

Go to Resolution Center and then in there is should say a list of things you have to do.

Begin a limitation review:
*Confirm your bank account
*Confirm your credit card
*Photo ID
*Proof of Address

Click to resolve all the ones that are needed and it should get you unlimited.

 

As you can see in the picture I am in the resolution center and there is nothing I can do to unlimit it

Edit: As you can see in the first picture there was an open case, That is now finished and I won it. But account is still limited

call paypal support or email them. thats what i did when i had a problem with them.

Someone is INQUIRING money, meaning requesting it from you?

What sort of money do you have on the account? Are you just better off getting another email and making a new paypal?

Consider everything

 

I have $300 on that paypal and would really like get withdraw it
Im sick of my accounts getting locked.
I have no idea what the problem is because I am verified and it doesn't tell me anyway to fix it.
I will try emailing them and see how it goes.

 

Sorry for a double post, Just looked at the pic, it says temporarily limited my access, does that mean all I have to do is wait for it to be unlimited??
