Need Help BADLY On Paypal!

Ok, i wont waste much of your time. simply, i got an account with $510USD that is Australian. I received these funds from another paypal account. The problem is that it is limited. I want to get the limitations removed and to be able to "Send" money only. I dont care about anything regaurding it being verified or such. I cannot add my personal bank account or credit card, because the country i live in, paypal doesnt allow or even have a selection as a country. I also added quiet some information to paypal. Some of the information provided are true and some arent. They are basically fake but i made them look real.

My question is how can i get its limiations removed, without solving these. I heard adding a VCC can help?

If you posted to "resolve" the limitation, then PayPal will need to process that information, and therefore, it is "in progress". If you haven't tried to resolve it, then you should click the "resolve" button next to each limitation. This is where you might be flawed, because you made up a lot of information. With that in mind, you would have to fake the proof of address, photo ID, etc, which is considered fraud and illegal in most countries. It looks to me like you won't be able to get that money unless you can add a bank account to the PayPal account.

 

hmm so if i add my bank account i can send money? or i can withdraw it?

 

you need all those steps =/. but i suggest stop using paypal cuz they sometimes scam your money lol. all you have to dois add a CC, no need for a bank acc. and yea, if you add your real bank acc, it'll let you put a usa one in. you can just withdraw funds while being limited.

 

How may I do that?
