Resolved

Hired @DannyHardcore for a 99 firemaking HCIM service on 19/08/2020 and was completed on 08/09/2020. I paid him the 65M as was promised when he completed the job.

Today on 11/09/2020 I found a buyer for that 99 HCIM account, everything went smooth i got paid and gave the buyer the email and password links. When he then tried to log into the account he realized that the account got banned 3 days prior so i had to refund him.

My TOS for this job were that i'm not responsible for any bans or mutes.
My TOS can be found on the user service thread i made for Firemaking. The unedited version which only mods have access too. ( Around 15-19 August i'm guessing )

My IP never touched the account i gave them a fresh of tutorial account, multiple workers of Danny worked on the account which was fine for me because he claimed that they were using a VPN to protect the account.

@Pirate Yes the account was for resale. He sent me screenshot proof of levels gained and i was on good terms with this guy i deemed him trustworthy so i didn't check the account.

 

I just found out today it was banned when i had a buyer that he couldn't access the account

 

Deleted a picture cuz it was showing Danny’s RSN

 

My TOS were on that user service thread that i made for Firemaking. He quoted on that thread agreeing on the price and my TOS.

 

@Pirate i think that we both didn’t agree on any TOS. But pictures show clearly that the day he got paid is the day the account got banned. I paid him before the 99 was finished so the account was still being worked on. Usually bans also come a day prior to the offense

@Pirate what is fair in this kind of situation since we both didn’t agree on any terms.

 

Hi pirate yes, my TOS clearly states that If you contact me in any way at all you accept my terms of service. I am not responsible for any bans or mutes of any kind as all my work is HAND DONE and all my workers use a VPN. I have had no problems in the past if any sort with bans or infractions of any kind up until jay is complaining now. I’ve never said to Jay that I refuse to give him his money back and as soon as I said I contacted you guys through sythe to get this resolved he absolutely lost his mind and was threatening me with reports etc. my team is gathering all necessary evidence against this case and will have a full report filled out tomorrow.

 

I never contacted Danny. He replied to my thread which now i realize didn’t had any TOS but i also didn’t agree to any TOS from him.

 

You joined my discord multiple times. It clearly states if you join my discord OR contact me in any way (replying, agreeing to a contract etc) you accept the terms. Why didn’t you read the TOS? And your claiming you had a TOS which is a lie in the first place, and also lying about me refusing to pay you

 

Wrong. You can clearly see that you were the one that started the conversation and that you quoted on my 99 FM thread.

'Please don't die on that last level please' Clearly indicates that when i made the payment there was still being worked on the account.
