Alot of times windows dectects addons trying to install, and if you click install it'll put crap like "spyware guard 2009" on there. which is a virus in itsself.

Oh Limewire... I see...Crappy ass program(probably another source of your viruses). Yes, burn a CD if you know what you're doing, but if you want to avoid all the shit that comes with limewire, use torrents.

On the next time around, install a snapshop/system restore program so you this shit will be easier to fix.

Spybot search and destroy, I had the same problem with Win32 trojans it cleared it up. Sometimes it has shit to do with temp, files created by windows however that was my case. Just download and you should be right if not do a clean wip (worst case).

 

d00d, restart your computer, run in safe mode! you know when you start youur computer, press f5 or f11 i dont remmeber then it will say: run windows regullary etc, or run windows in safe mode. then just loook for the viruses and take em away also run a antivirus

3. Windows Firewall that comes with Windows XP SP2+ and Windows Vista.

 

How do you find Avast shit? Just wondering since I had it on my PC since it came out and it remained virus free.
