2kg is a pretty terrible goal. a strong cut is 2lbs loss/week. unless you are severely obese just aim for 1-2lb.

it is normal to see big weight change on your first week when transitioning to cut or to bulk from the other.

Definitely doing something right here! Awesome to see you're looking after yourself. Keep up with the solid training and updates.

Gyms being closed is a pain so don't let it deter you from your current regime. Honestly it'll probably be the hardest time to keep discipline so if you make it through the other side, you'll hit your goal in a matter of time no issues!

Crazy happy seeing you hit your goals. And you seem to be taken it an attainable pace, and you already realize that progress is not linear and can have ups and downs! Keep it up man!

That's awesome mate! I'm currently on my weight-loss journey as well, I got sober and put on 30 lbs that I need to get rid of. Wish you the best of luck!

My personal opinion are that fat burners really do nothing for you but affect you long-term. Personally, I would get off of the ASAP as you can still achieve your goals without the need for them.
Right now for myself I am 73.5KG but I am not sure of my body fat percentage. I never have checked out what I am at; I am however happy with my body physique as of now.
With the gyms being shut and being restricted to doing home workouts, I have lost the motivation to go as hard as I normally would which has definitely changed my body slights but I will get back to it shortly when the gyms open back up. It makes it even more shitty that the weather has been terrible and the paths are constantly iced over so running isn't entirely an option to take up right now.

Best of luck on getting back in shape though, I wish you all the best!

Once when I was with a personal trainer they had advised me not to bother with them because it makes your heart race at a faster pace it can cause heart problems. As you said though as long as they are taken in moderation it is safe practice!

I find I am in the same position as you however; if I don’t get a good workout my eating normally ends up involving sweets which is a no go. When my girlfriend is with me too it always involves sweets as much as we are devoted to our fitness. :(

It won’t be long till hopefully some normality is restored from Covid and we can all get back to normal(ish) lives and keep on track with fitness!

you said you were disappointed because of this -> "body fat percentage of 24,4%. The average for a male is approximately 15%."

Does it really matter if averagely males have 15% body fat (which i doubt is even true tbh)? Do you like what you see, when you look at yourself in the mirror? That is the most important thing.
