Some chars carried over from RSC with only 1k hp xp, which made them have 9hp in RS2.

 

ok, i asked skill-trainer99 to prove 9hp with quickchat. withOUT quickchat he said "My hitpoints level is: 9", then wouldn't say it with quickchat and logged off...next time i'll be smart enough to get screen shots.

 

i guess i would be willing to get a 9hp char that has over 30 fishing and/or wc if i can't get one within the specs i mentioned. but all the other stats must be under 30, and meet all the other requirements.

The reason I'm not buying a char that was once a member is because I'm worried the account could be recovered by the original owner. I'm worried that the original owner could use his credit card info as proof he was the original owner and Jagex would ignore the recoveries that I set. Can anyone give me more info on this type of thing?

 

Yes if the original owner has all info, ven without members, he can still easily recover it. Only account trade with trusted users on sythe...like with 10+ vouches -

 

Yea, sorry, turns out my friend traded the 9hp account for a 99 def/range/hp 107. Good trade, but no longer in my possession. Good luck buying.

n{}{}b: some ppl here buy and resell accounts, so the original owner can't be trusted. if the original owner did not have recoveries, and i buy the account and make recoveries, is it still in danger of being taken by the original owner (since he would have the original pw and maybe credit card info)?

 

Yes there's always a chance you can rec if you have enough old info.

I can give you my 125's pass right now, you can set new recs, and I can recover him in like 30 min using old membership info, etc.

I wanna buy a 9hp char and will probably only find an account reseller to buy from, so the original could always take account back if what you're saying is true.

 

That's the case with almost any account you buy nowadays.
