Trade overview: I bought Osrs Gp. 800m for 400 dollars. I sent him the money. It took him 16 days to give me 600m. Won't give me my last 200m.
How they scammed: keeps pushing date to give me my money back. Now he wont even refund the last 100 dollars that he owes me.

Additional Information/Evidence: As you can see he keeps pushing the date back. I have been more than reasonable as it shouldn't take 16 days to get your shit back. I WANT MY $100 DOLLARS BACK. I dont understand. I gave him 400 dollars. I dont know what bullshit hes spewing. He spent my 400 dollars that I sent him, but he never gave me my money. Now hes acting like its my fault for not waiting more.


I dont feel comfortable doing any business with him. I want my money back in USD through either BTC or PayPal.

He told me he was going to give me the money today. he keeps pushing the date back. There needs to be consequences. Say that he gets a one week ban if he gives the money within 48 hours. 1 month if it takes xxx time. This way he can just say, "Ill give him the money this week.:" and just push it back. This shit happened to me for 17 fucking days.

I WOULD LIKE TO REITERATE THAT HE STAKED MY MONEY. I gave him 400 dollars and he lost it all.

 

U got the 600/800within first week (that was the deal since u got lower price bcz of that and even u forced the payments back then) during other time u been so pushy +rude that u forced me to go to arena every day to get the last 200m, +on top of that unexpected things happend IRL, OK I understand my issues nothing to do with you, finally we came down to a deal even we even agreed that I Wil pay more for waiting, and now you posted this, which again slows things down for you and me , as some people look sceptical on this, I'm currently on few orders, trust me I'm same or even more mad that you are, starting with that you broke our 2nd agreement, but you don't listen, good thing for you is that I already told you u will get paid so no need to worry, this deal made me lose a lot, and u still trying to do bad to me by getting me banned, I told you it's not gonna help speed up things, only slows everything down.

King EDIT: I've reversed the decision as it's my fault that I swiftly banned you without giving you time to respond further here. You clearly had no intent to scam as you were keeping up with payments and communicating with this user. I spoke with the user who reported you for more context and he acknowledged you were trying to do the right thing, however you failed to keep up with the deadlines you set. Ultimately you kept your promise and had this 75% repaid at the time of this report (fully repaid now), therefore given all of this I don't think it's fair to leave the DNT on you, however I've replaced it with a TWC as you failed to keep up with your own deadlines you kept promising to the user (which even though there was no set deadline on the loan itself was pretty unfair to him). Sorry for the inconvenience.
