First one is definitely better. Only change I like in the second one is the color of the text.

Change the color of the text in the first one and add a border(if there is one, make it a bit thicker) which can be seen.(i mean not black, because mostly around the edges is black)

But yeah, I think it'd be better if you try what I suggested.

Just increase your Canvas Size by 1-3px for Width+Height and then add a border in the 1-3px you just added, this way you keep everything in the sig.

    Image>Canvas Size or Alt+Ctrl+C

    Edit:

Reason I say add a border, I think it makes the image you are working with more clean and looks more professional.

    Edit2:
    Here is what I mean
    [IMG]
It looks like the pictures were forced into it/had to be cut off.

This one kind of looks like you meant to cut it off there, and it's just more clean.

I don't know how to describe exactly what I'm trying to tell you.

    Could you upload your .PSD?

I'd like to show you what I meant.

    Something like that.

Also, when saving any image in photoshop, go to File>Save for Web and Devices>PNG-24

It's good quality and small filesize.

Sort of, I would darken the border though.

A darker green, is what I'm saying, that way it flows with the sig.

its toooo green for me, especially the border :\ im not really sure what you can do about the border, because black woulnt really show at all, white might be too much, but green is definatly a no go. its also a little big man.

thats one reasons i dontl ike using borders cant find perfect size / colors for most sigs and imo it looks better without a border..

yeah it really doesnt need a border lol. for sig sizes, i vary a bit, like sometimes its 320 by 90 or 300 by 110, im not really sure what size an average sig is.

Yeah, kinda just my opinion though. I don't like making sigs without a border and I think it improves them.

Oh well, either way, it came out nice with or w/o border.
