I need help with paypal

I need to get my paypal account verified, as in, i want to send cash to other people,

Is there anyway i can do this or do i need a cc?

If so, im paying for any help, or old cc/debit, that i can user to verify, please help me guys. !

 

you need a credit card you can just steal one or use somone on here.....giving credit card numbers out on the internet is proberley everyones least favorite thing to do...... you would have to give them our paypal account and they would have to enter there number....... i would do this but not for pp you got any RS accs?

 

Im pretty sure you don't need a CC. Being Verified simply means your verified with your bank, so you can withdraw/deposit Paypal money. You can still send money Unverified, its just means you cant put that money into your bank untill you are Verified.

To send people money most of the time your paypal doesn't have to be verified, but if its required then you can just buy a vcc (google paypal vcc) and you can buy one to verify instead of begging for other people's cc

United States need verification to send money. You could use a canadian and australian paypal to send and recieve money without being verified.

-Use it to verify your paypal.
-Tell your mom that you want to check her history
-Use those numbers that paypal will send you on paypal.com

Thats how I did it, I am 15 and its really easy.

P.S : You do not have to pay me if I really did helped, I am just telling how I verified mines underaged.
