More Str pure Questions

Hey, im making a str pure. my att is 23 atm and my str is 22. I am going to get 40 att and 60+ str, but i was wondering, should i train my def to like 10?

 

Why the hell would you get 10 def? Stay 1.

 

A pure pure isnt a pure with 10 def.

Keep your defense at 1 for sure, never get 10 or even 20 stay at 1 and unless your apart of a pure clan the only other def lvl you should go for is 45.

 

Absolutely not. Back in my retarded days I considered this too, so don't worry. Keep one for sure.

Here's a great tip though. Don't pk at 40 attack and 60 strength. Get at least 70 strength before you start.

Pking at that level is an absolute waste. You won't kill anyone unless somehow they lag, or they're incredibly dumb. Also, range/2hers will rape you. Although... that's at any level.

Anyways yea. The problem with just fighting strength pures, is that the pool of free to play pures is limited. I'm level 53, and the number of people that I will fight (anyone below or equal to me and up to 55) is extremely small. If I was to go on a Saturday night like this, I would be lucky to find 3 players in that pool that are willing to fight. This is at G.E. mind you.

The moral of the story is, if I, a range 2her that will fight almost anyone (in reason) has a problem finding fights, and you only fight melee, you're going to spend more time searching then actually fighting. Train range ^_^.

Strength pures aren't useless everywhere. If you plan on multi-pking, strength pures are excellent (at decent strength of course). And if you do plan on multi-pking, then it might be a good idea to get 31 prayer. This raped in multi on the old wild, and it has advantages now. You are risking the required 25k (and more) to get good drops, and the beauty is, if you get piled, or you get backstabbed, simply prayer your scimitar!

They are composed of alot of level 50 pures, and their requirements are not ridiculously high. Also, I hear they are the best F2P low level clan at the moment.

 

So you are saying if he wants to go solo, he should make a range/2her instead?

Yea, basically. I mean, I completely destroy strength pures to the point that if they're smart, they start to safe.

I use pizza so there is absolutely no chance for them to KO me, but even if I didn't, the chances of them hitting high enough to stack over the +12 or +14 is extremely bad. F2P pking at those levels is a matter of timing, not high hits.

 

Whole point of a Str pure is to keep ur str at a maximum while keeping ur def rather low (preferbly lvl 1)

 

what stats do i need for range/2hers?

 

70/70 would be effective. Your hits with 2h begin to increase by one at levels 74 and 79, just if you get that far.
