Hide Your Porn Folders!

Ok, this is a simple guide on how to hide your porn folders! They do not necessarily have to be porn but in your case it most likely will.

Ok lets get started!

First make the folder itself.. for instance something unnoticeable like..
cdmenue
your friend might know how to do this so e are making it totally unnoticeable.
ok, so make the folder and put it in your internal hard drive:



Open up your C: Drive, and make a new folder in there name it what ever you want, i suggest cdmenue or anything technical.



Ok, stick all of your pictures / videos / links to sites there.

Open up Command Prompt (CMD)
Click run - cmd
or
Start - All Programs - Accessories - Command Prompt

Now type in: attrib C:\cdmenue +s +h (that hides the folder)
Now type in: attrib C:\cdmenue -s -h (that shows the folder)

ok now we are going to make this password protected

make a new notepad, type in:

@echo off
cls
assword
Set input=
set /p input= Please enter your password
if %input%==Password123 goto YES
if not %input%==Password123 goto NO

:YES

echo Show or Hide?
set /p c=Option:
if %c%==show goto SHOW
if %c%==Show goto SHOW
if %c%==hide goto HIDE
if %c%==Hide goto HIDE
if %c%==* goto er
goto er
Exit

:NO

Echo INCORRECT PASSWORD
goto Password

:SHOW

attrib C:\cdmenue -s -h
goto :YES

:HIDE

attrib C:\cdmenue +s +h
goto YES





Ok, now where it says
if %input%==Password123 goto YES
if not %input%==Password123 goto NO
make those the password u want it to be THEY MUST BE THE SAME

Where it says
:SHOW

attrib C:\cdmenue -s -h
Exit

:HIDE

attrib C:\cdmenue +s +h
Exit

change cdmenue to what you made the folder called, in this case I named it cdmenue.

Save this where ever you like, name the batch file what ever you want, but don't forget when you save it, to have .bat after what ever you call it, or it won't work!

YOU ARE DONE! When you are adding things to the folder just type in hide when you are done to hide the folder.

Couldn't you just Right-Click it and select "Hidden?"

if you do that, you can enable the option to show hidden files, with my way, the folder will remain hidden.

But you could just edit the BATCH file to see what the password is -.-

Also, you could simply go into CMD type DIR to see all the hidden files+folders, and unhide it -.-

5/10 for effort, but the efficiency isn't very high

 

You are supposed to confuse the reader with different codes in the notepad that do not effect the actual use of the batch file.

like.. alot of codes.

Haha, nice man, this is very useful to people who live with others that know nothing about computers.

I goto an extra measure when hiding my folders and set the icon as a blank icon... then name the folder nothing (Press Alt + 255 to leave it a space).

I also do that . Anyone who would use my computer wouldn't know what to look for, and I hide it folder after folder and name them the most boring technical terms I can think of.

Its probably alot easier to just go get laid by your gf... if you have one. I have no need for this but its amazing what lengths people go to when you dont have to save porn, just look at it and delete internet files...
