A mysql server is a number of tables that stores information. All forums, guestbooks and even websites are build up on mysql servers

You can't build a website just by having a mysql server. It's just for data storage. The reason I'm selling it, is because many free hosts don't support mysql servers

What exactly do you mean by a "nulled" version of vBulletin? Is it an illegal license?

 

VBulletin normally costs 100$, so unless you want to pay that yourself, I'll give you a nulled version (which is free AND illegal)
