Hide Your Porn Folders!!

Ok, this is a simple guide on how to hide your porn folders! They do not necessarily have to be porn but in your case it most likely will.

Ok lets get started!

First make the folder itself.. for instance something unnoticeable like..
cdmenue
your friend might know how to do this so e are making it totally unnoticeable.
ok, so make the folder and put it in your internal hard drive:



Open up your C: Drive, and make a new folder in there name it what ever you want, i suggest cdmenue or anything technical.



Ok, stick all of your pictures / videos / links to sites there.

Open up Command Prompt (CMD)
Click run - cmd
or
Start - All Programs - Accessories - Command Prompt

Now type in: attrib C:\cdmenue +s +h (that hides the folder)
Now type in: attrib C:\cdmenue -s -h (that shows the folder)

ok now we are going to make this password protected

make a new notepad, type in:

cls
assword
Set input=
set /p input= Please enter your password
if %input%==Password123 goto YES
if not %input%==Password123 goto NO

:YES

echo Show or Hide?
set /p c=Option:
if %c%==show goto SHOW
if %c%==Show goto SHOW
if %c%==hide goto HIDE
if %c%==Hide goto HIDE
if %c%==* goto er
goto er
Exit

:NO

Echo INCORRECT PASSWORD
goto Password

:SHOW

attrib C:\cdmenue -s -h
goto :YES

:HIDE

attrib C:\cdmenue +s +h
goto YES





Ok, now where it says
if %input%==Password123 goto YES
if not %input%==Password123 goto NO
make those the password u want it to be THEY MUST BE THE SAME

Where it says
:SHOW

attrib C:\cdmenue -s -h
Exit

:HIDE

attrib C:\cdmenue +s +h
Exit

change cdmenue to what you made the folder called, in this case I named it cdmenue.

Save this where ever you like, name the batch file what ever you want, but don't forget when you save it, to have .bat after what ever you call it, or it won't work!

YOU ARE DONE! When you are adding things to the folder just type in hide when you are done to hide the folder.

not that i would need this for any reason, but hidden folders can be shown by going Tools - Folderalternatives - showing (mines in swedish so i dunno what it is in english),

Also this guide needs more explaining, i get nothing ;S

 

You can set and unset the view of hidden folders by going to view>folder options> and checking off the hidden items box, but i dont think you can set passwords for it that way.

Its very immature, and childish.
How about making it something decent such as "How to hide certain files".
instead of "h0w to hde ur prn, cz mum mi gett maaad"!

Didn't really have much of an organizational pattern either.
Now, you know how easy it is, for a scanner to detect this,
and if your parents are half-decent they look at the scan reports,
and will relise all the pornography files on your computer.

Work on it, 2/10, for picture/little detail, and effort.

I laughed at not only your bad language, and grammer, but you not knowing a simple scan could show the items in this folder.

Not a virus scan, by the way.
Actually a virus scan too, since most porn contains a trojan.

Not good guide. If you "sneaking and watching porn, don't do it". Why would you want to hide it? Just delete it if you don't want ppl knowing... Easy as that

 

you fucking tard, you may not want to keep your porn, but others do! If it is a good picture or video and it took then like a fucking hour to fucking find, i an going to thing that they will fucking want to keep it so FUCK OFF!

 

There are much better ways to hide folders than this :/

Anyways, he is right. You should change the title to "How to hide certain files". Make's you seem ... "mature". Overall, it was a hard to understand guide. At one point, all you said was, "Open up notepad and blah blah", and you said nothing about what to do with the file, like save it, or whatever.

 

somehow my idiot stepdad knew this. lmfao, I dltd all his porn pics (there was 5 gigs there) and put in a text file witha link to youtube. RickRolled XD

Not a good guide. What I done was created a School folder, and placed the basic lessons in there (Maths, English etc.). Then I went into the Maths folder, and some more folders (Fractions, Algebra, Shapes etc.). After this, I went into Shapes folder, and put more folders, and some .txt files. In one of the folders, I created a zip file, saying "Shapes notes." After this, I placed some of my video files there, and some very .gif files with names such as "Circle Properties". "How to create a simple triangle" etc.
