I'd give it a 4/10 only because the range is so low compared to combat lvl. If you get max range for lvl 55 and ax mage then go low lvl crater you will own and be 10/10

 

8/10 tbh its richer then my main Great pure dude good luck! Maybe go for 94 mage for barrage.
