Masked Seller recovered an account I bought off him

As I am aware he has already been given a DNT and banned but it happened right after I bought the account

Proof of payment: Imgur (I did not have an account so I ordered OSRS gold off another website and got it delivered to him)
Proof of contacting seller: He blocked me on Discord so can't get in touch at all
Discord ID + Discord Unique ID: Imgur
Login username of the account: Emo Devil
Terms of Service that was agreed to: None
Other relevant trade screenshots: None

This username is already on the list of accounts that have been reported as recovered. I completely forgot to ask the seller to provide login before transaction so it was a major mistake by me as well. I believe he has sold a few accounts already so anyone who have also bought accounts off him I highly advise you to transfer all your wealth away ASAP. I only had the account for a week so fortunately didn't suffer any additional losses except for the initial $70 USD I spent to purchase the gold.
