Castle wars strategy?

I have recently been playing castle wars alot and at first I was just fooling around, but now I'm trying to figure out plans or strategies.
Ive been going underground a lot with a friend and it works well.

Do any of you have a good plan or strategy?

 

when your scoring there are alot of ways to go somewhere which only has one squere, setting a cade on these spots helps you score alot better

 

Yeah thats what I do with a couple of friends.
We set out and get the flag while the others bring a lot of cades and go to small spots and set them up to protect us

 

Underground is awesome if you have a few friends to cover you back, you can just nail them when they come down the ladder =]

I did it a while back in a clan event.

Its especially fun when you have a friend who can barrage, and another who can venge

 

Seems pretty decent the "tactics" that are mentioned above.. I always go underground when im playing cw and it seems to work well enough for me, but i always make sure that people are coming down with me.. So that im not on my own ^_^

Srsly, very handy for annoying people trying to get the flag off you etc.

 

Lol yeah I love that thing, but it's so annoying when it's used against you.
I once almost k0ed someone with the flag but at the last second someone set up a cade and he escape, punched the wall^_^

 

I don't really know a good strategy, but i know good defencer armor, or ancients helps alot.

 

Well there are a lot of strategy's that are good to use in castle wars. Have some friends come with you (preferably some with good armour/weapons/and ancients) and go in under ground and get them =D Sorry if it wasn't much help, I haven't played castle wars in a long time.

It's always good to bring friends especially ones with ancients or atleast able to set up cades to protect you while you run for your life

 

i always just like 2 go in the underground and maybe catcha few people on rocks or just own em wit range

 

Well, if you going too score, I would say go underground, too the other temple, take flag then run for ur life. like 3 barricades and 3 explosiv.

Thats probably one of the best ways. Get your own flag and stay underground so the enemy can't score any points. You need 2 barragers to absolutely own that way. It can be quit fun too.

 

underground is most likely best...as long as u have some1 with a pick axe closing off the routes and ppl who have already cleared them out for the flag person to run

 

1. Wait for a person to go near rocks underground.
2. D spear spec them into rocks.
3. Explosive pot -> wall
4. Repeat.

 

Bring brews/super restores instead of using those heal patches and get ancients and freeze everyone =D

 

I wouldn't really suggest underground since many people stand by the rocks and kill people for the hell of it. And many other high levels are by the stairs too. Maybe just go through the tunnel, like the most known way of going to the castle since there are a lot of people playing Castle Wars in a Castle Wars World and it's a big blur when running through and most of the times people miss you. Other than that, maybe go through the right/east side of the rocks if your on the Saradomin Team. If your on the Zamorak, go on the left/west side of the rocks.

 

i once was in castle wars world, super potted everything, got fill inv of bandages, and stayed up on top of enemy's wall killing everyone for about 15 mins because it was full of low lvls at the time, got loads of exp and enjoyed the ownage =]

 

My personal strategy is to use a multitude of weapons to get the most efficiency every game. I always go to the other team's side to ward off the enemy there only if there isn't someone at our base or someone with the flag within my vicinity.
