Runescape Black Market Subforum addition.

I think you should add another subforum where people can sell blackmarked accounts. I'm quite sick of recieving accounts that are on the verge of getting a permanent ban. Here is a picture of my suggestion:

More than half of the accounts being traded around Sythe have blackmarks on them.

All you have to do is ask them if it has any blackmarks and problem solved.

Rather than making it's own section, why not require people to post pics of the blackmarks on the account since proof of everything is required anyway. They can leave like, the first and last number/letter of the account shown so people can tell it's the blackmarks for the same account they are selling. No support.
