Yeah Jagex will make sure that it is much harder to transfer when they bring BH back, if you can at all.

 

If BH is anything like it was before, then it will still be possible.

jagex said they like bh being able to RWT because it evens out the rs economy. i think it was the new CEO that said it.

All i know of is:

F2P - Player 1 has about 3K. Player 2 has 1M to transfer.

1 - Walk to port sarim eye of newt shop.
2 - Walk to port sarim eye of newt shop.
1 - Buy 27 eye of newts.
2 - Buy the newts from player 1.
2 - Drop the newts (Or even faster sell them back to shop )
Repeat really fast.

P2P - Player 1 has nothing. Player 2 has 1M.

1 - Walk to place where you get snape grass.
2 - Walk to place where you get snape grass.
1 - Pick 27 Snape grass.
1 - Sell the grass to player 2.
2 - Drop the Snape Grass.
Repeat.
