virtual memory problem

ok so I see that I have like 57000mb of free space, I want more virtual memory because runescape and rsbot keep lagging for me and I keep getting notifications saying low virtual memory, what do you guys reccomend I put in both of the boxes?

 

The number '57,000 MB' is indicating how much more Free Space you currently have on your Hard Disk Drive C://. Your "virtual memory" is basically your RAM (random access memory). If you want more Memory, then you need to find out how much you are allowed to upgrade to.

As for the boxes.
-Put '480' in the top box and '960' in the bottom box.

If you have a desktop background delete it, it will get rid of a lot of memory.

 

kk thanks batman, I already di though, I had a really sweet one but it took up loads of space

 

You can put in any number as long as you're sensible I guess. I use 1000 and 1500, as I only have 512MB of physical RAM.

 

Try changing your Performance settings to High, and Visual Graphics to low.

Also, don't have too many programs running.
