Also, as of now, there is no real way to transfer money on RS.

-D Stones are nerfed [they cost 64k each]
-Bounty Hunter is temporarily closed, and a big possibility that it won't be able to be used as a transfer method when it re-opens.

So for now, unless you know any other methods, or want to do the toy mouse or something, I'd suggest sticking with paypal or something.

if u r doing lower value stakes you could do the 25k/75k trick in pvp or party room with rune scimmies
