Umm, no shit you caught it. Once someone found it he gave it to you. The second pic was the message, one person caught it really. You couldnt find it really, and it doesnt make you very smart for finding it in the given...

 

In my opinion, getting levels up without anyone coming is the best way. I find having a party for a 99 to be over rated. The only 99's i'll be haing is Magic, and Prayer, other then that idk.
