Pentool?

I could never figure out how to use the 'Pentool' in Photoshop correctly; I've tried everything from Google to experimentation but could never seem to get it to work.

If someone could post a quick tutorial or even a found one, I would greatly appreciate it.

Ive always had trouble using the pentool also, you just need practice on how to use the anchor points and how to adjust them.
