Paypal Question

I was just wondering about paypal chargebacks.

If I sold someone a service "ie, runescape leveling"

How long does someone have to file a complaint.

Or rather, how long do I have to wait before I can be 110% sure that they cannot recover their money?

 

It takes no time at all, the person sending the money has to open a dispute, then close the dispute by saying they receive the item or service. Thats called Claim & Cancel. You will know they did this because you will receive an email when they open/close a disputed case.

 

Sixty days is the limit. Once it's been sixty days, they can't do chargebacks, and you can't provide a refund.

 

It can take in between a day - 60 days as cp stated. It will be judged on PayPal's staff, who monitor the situation.
