u cant press charges ( my father is a lawyer) but you can call you credit card company or xbox support and you can get your account back.

Ok so here's the story. Bro Sky admitted to stealing my accounts along with draggin's account. I TALKED TO HIM ON MSN and xbox live so don't give me some bullshit about him being hacked. He told me the story about how him, MIA, and Leet Byte gave each other fake vouches for "shits and giggles" and the fact that MIA and Leet Byte are scammers who live in his town. He admitted to stealing my account, I called MS and worked it out. My account is now locked and they are doing an invetigation which will include an IP trace on whoevers xbox it was recovered on. That person will recieve a "punishment" as told to me by a microsoft supervisor. I also provided them both if their gamertags. The reason I was able to work his out with MS was because I had a Credit card on the account in my name. Bro sky's gonna regret scamming, even if it was his first time.

Being banned is a stupid reason to scam Bro Sky. You had the trust of several others and we could have helped you out. You threw it all away. Good job and good fight.

anyway they have a possitive id on his ip and they may be banning his system id from xbox live.
