why does this section fail so much lol

well its not everyone but nothing is funny here. then theres people that spam random stuff and its not funny. like 'megamat' spamming row row row row and stuff. i also see that some people flame and the mods dont care. i think ill make one of those suggesthion things >.< what do you guys thinK?
