It's pretty simple.

I'm sure you have an WU agent in your city.
You just go to him with $$ you want to send, he give you some paper work to fill up with my real info, and he sents the money to me, taking a fee.

Once you sent the payment, all you need to do is to give me your real name, and number you get once you sent it. I will be able to pick it up after 10 minutes after you sent it.

And you can always send the money on-line, if you have a credit card. But this way, you will need to call them, they need to be sure it's real you.
