    Explanation of the trade: Wanted to buy the account mentioned in the post made by the user. After a friendly talk over a couple of minutes I send him the funds via paypal. Added me on steam before too so the account is owned by him. (Steam Community :: xXxAWP_THE_MASTER_2006)
    How they scammed: After getting the payment he blocked me and messaged me on steam saying he is sorry for scamming me but needs the money

    User doesn't seem to have any intentions of resolving this.

    Banned for 3 months as punishment for scamming, they will be keeping a permanent DNT as well.
