Mods in Disguise?

I was Fishing on my skiller. I believe it was in Karamja ,and I went to bank. Then all of the sudden, an Imp appeared, and started following me. It followed me until I paid the boat guy. I arrived at Port Sarim, and the Imp appeared again, following me all the way to Draynor bank until it disappeared. What do you guys think? Could this be another way to catch botters?

I think it was most likely jagex. they really are cracking down on botters now. especially F2P ones.

 

Doesn't neccesarily have to be mods, but just like something to record your movements, mouse click strokes etc.

If thats true then yes i believe it could have been jagex.

Sometimes i wonder whether the random noobs that'd come up and talk to me while i was fm'ing were accounts made by jagex to see if i was botting. Sometimes they'd do some strange shit as though to try to screw up a script but i wasn't botting so it never affected me.

 

There are also normal players who try to catch botters, there are even whole anti bot clans. I don't think that those random noobs are jmods.

I bottet alot on my main, never got banned, still at 0 blackmarks.

It's hard to believe you but there was similar evidence provided in another thread where a player showed a screenshot of an "invisible" j-mod because he was able to show that someone was there whilst using rsbot.

I find this funny that they have to stalk players. So far i've heard this happening around seagulls and karajema..

dude.. why would jagex use an imp... they can just use a camera entity and follow you around without being seen ingame if they wanted to..
